15 - Outside the Elm Street Tavern

The rocking chairs were a fixture outside the Tavern an frequented by the people that were staying at the hotel above. May wedding receptions and events were hosted in the tavern and boasted a large dining room area overlooking the mill pond. The Tavern burned in 1968 with the rest of the Elm Street complex.
